Every company has its own personal history, but the history of Fresh Air Heating & Cooling is truly a textbook example of what it means to be family-owned and operated. How is that? Mike and Meg Sinn founded this company back in 1987, using their home office as their home base, appropriately enough. Thirty-plus years later, the company is still thriving. This all comes back to one fundamental fact that Mike and Meg knew to be true.

That fact? Happy customers lead to a successful business. We’ve grown through referrals and word of mouth about our excellence thanks to our relentless work ethic. Mike and Meg had a large family to raise—and us kids are now owners of the company!—so failure was never an option. We now own a building in the Chesterfield Valley, and we are proud to be a part of the community we serve.

When you need any HVAC or indoor air quality services, you need to know that you are working with technicians who you can trust. Not only are our technicians and installers NCI and NATE–certified, licensed, and OSHA trained, but we make it easy to work with them! We offer regular rate repair service from 7am–7pm, 7 days a week.

We also offer a one–year warranty on all repairs, and a 5–year labor warranty on new Carrier equipment installed. We’ve won the Angie’s List Super Service Award 10 years in a row, and we have an A rating with the BBB. We are also the recipient of the Carrier President’s Award.

We Give Back to the Community in More Ways Than One

Part of the fun of being a cornerstone in the community is finding unique and fulfilling ways to give back.

Take our Pay It Fresh program. Several times a month, our office staff goes out and pays for the lunch of the person behind them. That’s 3 to 4 free lunches for our neighbors each time!

We are also Friends of Kids with Cancer. For every furnace, air conditioner, heat pump, and air handler we install, we donate $10 to this incredible program. That’s over $61,560 that we’ve donated so far.

Our Fresh Air Scratch–Off program gives each client making a service call a chance to scratch $10 off, $20 off, 50% off, or 100% off. This applies to service calls only, and we’ve made a lot of customers happy with this one!

Finally, there is our referral program. We offer $25 for a service/maintenance referral, and a $75 Amazon gift card for the referring party and the new customer if that customer installs new equipment.
