Why We Offer Triple 7 Service and What It Means for You

For years Fresh Air went along with the industry norm, hours are 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday.  Anything after this was overtime, at a large expense to our customers.  We realize, as homeowners and full time employees, this is the time that we are at work, not at home to know our unit stopped working.  How are our customers supposed to know their heating or cooling is not working in those times?

There is never a convenient time for your air conditioner to fail.  Coming home Friday night to find your air conditioner blowing hot air is no way to spend your favorite days of the week.   When anything major breaks in my home I first think, “What is this going to cost me?”  My second thought is, “Can I get this fixed now?”  Waiting until Monday in the heat and humidity of a St. Louis summer can feel like an eternity.

Fresh Air changed its philosophy last March.

1. You will speak with a live person from 7am-7pm Monday-Friday, and Saturday from 8am-12pm.

2. You will receive regular rate repair costs unil 7pm every day of the week.  At Fresh Air there is no additional charge 7 days a week, 7am-7pm.  Your diagnostic fee is $89 whether you call Tuesday morning at 10am or Sunday at 3pm.

3. If you are a service agreement customer and have a problem between inspections, your diagnostic fee is $0!*

Rest assured our technicians are still available 24 hours a day.  For service after 7pm Monday-Sunday your diagnostic fee is $140.
